  • What are the check in and check out times?

    Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.

    Are pets allowed in the rooms?
    Yes, but only dogs are allowed. We have two dog-friendly rooms located in the Miller’s House. Please see our dog policy for more details.

    What are your rate and packages?

    We have many different packages that range from room and breakfast to room, dinner, breakfast, and spa treatments. Discover our packages online or call us directly at (819) 459-1838.

    Do you have feather pillows?

    Yes, each bed presents two feather pillows and two synthetic pillows.

    Is there a mini-fridge in the room?

    Mini-fridge are provided in our suites only, located in the Eco River Lodge.

  • What dining options are there at the hotel?
    We have two dining options: La Muse restaurant for breakfast, sunday brunch and gourmet dinner; and the Heron Wine Bar.
    Live Music is also offered on Friday & Saturday nights.

    What is the difference between La Muse and The Héron?

    La Muse is a fine dining frestaurant offering a 3-course Table d’Hôte and a 5-course Discovery Menu with wine pairings for food lovers. The Heron Wine Bar and Lounge offers a bistro menu for lunch and dinner, and also appetizers to enjoy all afternoon !

    Can I reserve a table on the patio or in the solarium?

    No, you cannot reserve a table in the solarium. Our tables are assigned when you arrive. It is first come first serve. If you want to get a table in the solarium, make sure to arrive early.

  • How do I proceed to book a spa treatment?

    You can book spa treatments here. You can also email us at spa@wakefieldmill.com or call between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., seven days a week at (819) 459-1838 (spa ext 115).

    Can I get a receipt for my massage?

    Yes. All of our massage therapists are registered and can issue receipts.

  • What time do the pool, sauna & hot tubs open?

    They are open from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.

  • Do you host wedding groups or other special occasions?

    Yes. The Wakefield Mill Hotel & Spa offers a range of banquet facilities perfect for your celebration, whether it is an intimate birthday dinner with family, a special anniversary dinner, a corporate banquet, or a wedding.

    What are the conference/meeting facilities?

    The Wakefield Mill Hotel and Spa offers three meeting rooms ranging in size from 391 to 1600 sq.ft. All function rooms are air-conditioned and have comfortable seating as well as multiuse lighting options.

  • Parking is free and we have about 60 outside spaces available. We also provide our guests with an electric vehicle charging station at the Eco River Lodge.

    If you are visiting from outside of Quebec, make sure your license plate is legally registered. Please be advised that the MRC des Collins police monitors public AND PRIVATE parking spaces in Quebec and will issue tickets for non validation of license plates.
