Our Wine Bar
From Quebec to Spain, we are pleased to introduce you to our large range of tasty wines. Our passion started long ago making us wine experts and we can’t wait to share our knowledge with you. Wine being our specialty, its pairing is highly recommended while you enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

We recommend to Hotel and outside guests to book their table for all meals.

the solarium due to limited seating.

The Héron Lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a business meeting or an afternoon exploring Gatineau Park.
Relax in the spacious and historically infused surroundings, which feature an open-hearth fireplace, billiard table, and full-service bar. In the warmer months, enjoy your drinks on our terrace surrounded by the Gatineau Park.
Activities
You’ll step back to a slower paced and more relaxing time as you absorb the heritage furnishings and unique pieces of history that adorn the walls. Enjoy a game of billard with friends, indulge in a glass of wine at the bar, relax with a good book by the fire or listen to good live music on Friday & Saturday nights with a delicious cocktail!
