SPA RECEPTIONIST

First impressions count. We want our customers to be welcomed as if they were old friends visiting after a long absence. Our reception is the highlight of the experience here, at the Wakefield Mill and at the Holtz Spa in Nature. Beginning with the cheerful, helpful manner of our agents on the phone to the smile and warm "See you soon!” offered during the check-out. Here, we're looking for people who are trained in customer service, focused on customer solutions who want to build their careers.

We are located in Wakefield QC, a 20-minute drive from Gatineau, along Highway 5.

YOUR MISSION

You'll be part of our mission to create a unique and enticing experience for every guest, and to ensure that every guest leaves with a desire to return.

You'll do this by providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You'll manage the reservations, check-in and check-out process for our guests, as well as answer guests' questions while they're on the property.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years' experience in customer service

  • Hotel experience, an asset

  • Outgoing, active and social

  • Confidently bilingual (French and English)

  • Team player, collaborative

  • Solution-oriented

  • Empathetic, caring and friendly

  • Quick thinker, quick study, light on your feet

  • Presentable, polished, refined
