The Spa Coordinator’s mission is to ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience by overseeing daily spa operations with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, the Spa Coordinator is responsible for managing reservations, supporting therapists, maintaining a tranquil environment, and promoting spa services and products. Through exceptional organization and customer service, the Spa Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the spa by enhancing client satisfaction, optimizing scheduling, and ensuring smooth teamwork across all wellness services.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years' experience in customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage bookings and schedules efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional, welcoming, and client-focused attitude.
Comfortable using booking/reservation software and basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.).
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
Hotel experience, an asset
Outgoing, active and social
Confidently bilingual (French and English)
