The Muse and Heron restaurants are re-imagining fine dining. Here, we cultivate creativity and harness it to create unique menus from a variety of ingredients. From our 3-course table d’hote that changes seasonally, to our 5-course Discovery Menu, where our guests get to discover new combinations of flavours in every dish. Here, we love hearing your ideas for innovation. Our kitchen sometimes feels like a lab where you get to experiment with food, fire, finesse. You will be a part of our mission to create a unique and seductive experience for each and every guest and ensure that every guest will leave with a desire to return. You’ll do this by placing care and attention in the preparation, cooking, and plating of the dishes served to our guests. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • The knowledge of English is necessary as most of our customers are English-speaking

  • Quick thinking, light on your feet, energetic

  • Roll with the punches

  • Works well under pressure

  • Team-oriented, collaborative

  • 2 years Experience as a line cook
