REQUIREMENTS

  • JOB DUTIES

    • does all the duties of a supervisor

    • responsible for scheduling employees

    • places orders for supplies, to insure that we have everything needed to accomplish the work in our department

    • responsible that all jobs are done: rooms, public areas, spa, meeting rooms, MacLaren house, offices

    • responsible for giving employee evaluations

  • IMPLICATIONS

    • work long hours

    • attends managers meeting

    • responsible for quality assurance within our department

    • answers to Director of Operations

    • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, French and English.

  • CONTRACT

    • Full time position, permanent
