REQUIREMENTS
JOB DUTIES
does all the duties of a supervisor
responsible for scheduling employees
places orders for supplies, to insure that we have everything needed to accomplish the work in our department
responsible that all jobs are done: rooms, public areas, spa, meeting rooms, MacLaren house, offices
responsible for giving employee evaluations
IMPLICATIONS
work long hours
attends managers meeting
responsible for quality assurance within our department
answers to Director of Operations
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, French and English.
