Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to begin your spa treatment feeling relaxed and on-time. Late arrivals may require a reduction in appointment times and/or rescheduling in order to accommodate subsequent clients. Robes, slippers as well as lockers are provided.
Our spa is located on the lower level of the Hotel with 2 sets of stairs leading down.
Accessibility: For easier walking or wheelchair access, please let us know at time of booking and we would be more than happy to unlock the spa forest gate.
We require 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation on Spa packages or bookings of 2 or more services. Single services require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice with 50% of the total service fee charged otherwise. No call/no show will result in 100% of the total service fee charged to your credit card.
