Grown in the Gatineau Hills

Apiverte, our specialized partner, is committed to the work of the bees and to producing a consistent and unique local honey. The house built for this purpose is an interesting alternative to the traditional beehive, since it allows to protect well these small habitats while having a space for the maintenance sheltered from the bad weather.

For tasting or as a gift

You can enjoy it on our cheese and charcuterie board to share, in some of our dishes, and at a special event to celebrate during your stay. The Wakefield Mill Hotel and Spa is proud to have a quality artisanal product to serve you to further enhance the experience.
