Yoga provides stress relief, toning, strengthening, and flexibility and reduces injuries. Through a yoga practice, we can help to develop emotional clarity, creativity and physical energy.
We offer a variety of multi-level drop-in classes as part of our Health and Wellness program. Our classes are 1 hour long (will be 1.5 hours beginning in September), and taught in the beautiful MacLaren studio. Weather permitting, classes are taught outdoors on the spa terrace or on the River lodge lawn.
Classes are 17$ per person including taxes.

Drop in for a morning stretch with a Hatha based class focusing on alignment and breath-work. Through physical postures we balance the body, while opening channels of energy to cleanse and energize our systems. This class is appropriate for beginner to intermediate.
